No, for everyone’s safety at this time, other members CAN’T see your profile! I want to make sure DFJM is as safe as possible. The information you provide in your profile however, is very helpful to me and the shipping process if you do order something.

I do really want to allow a little character chat room where you can walk around etc like club penguin, but it requires lotttts of safety settings and I don’t want to risk negative situations with our young members. To redeem your reward points, visit the “Traders Den” on our website. There, you can choose from various offers, including discounts, free items, and more. Follow the instructions to redeem your points, and your balance will be updated accordingly. *PLEASE NOTE: physical prizes will still require you to pay shipping costs :/ sowwy

Reward points do not expire. However, if your account is inactive for one month, 5 points will be revoked as a maintenance measure.

You just have to log in once a month to be “active” – it’s more so that I can keep an eye on spam accounts and hackers 🙂 

No, reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary equivalents.

While we try to reduce plastic, your orders will be shipped in Poly mailers to waterproof your package until we can sustain using biodegradable mailers!
