Shipping & returns Policy

Overview

This is a Brisbane owned business, shipping from Brisbane Australia and trading in $AUD.

As an Australian Business, we follow and confirm to the current Australian Consumer Laws and regulations

Refunds and exchanges ONLY apply to physical items (not applicable to digital downloads unless on reasonable grounds eg: accidental over purchase)

Please DO NOT send your purchase back without emailing me via jaden@dfjmarkets.com 

Shipping/deliveries

As soon as your item is shipped and you are provided with a tracking number, please keep this on hand and include it in your email to us if the need arises.

I want to ensure you have the best experience so please email us if your item is damaged or late etc. This way, I am aware of the situation and can contact the courier or correct any issues.

Refunds & returns

We accept refunds if:

  • is NOT of acceptable quality
  • does NOT match the provided description
  • does NOT meet any express warranties
  • is NOT fit for purpose.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, you MUST contact us first via jaden@dfjmarkets.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Tokens

Items purchased with tokens (reward points) will only be refunded to the amount you paid.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange, we kindly ask you to request this BEFORE your purchase has been shipped.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
